Gift Intelligence asks about interests, budget, delivery country and practical needs. Please do not include names, private contact details or sensitive information about the recipient.
Your gift conversation
An essential, first-party cookie keeps an anonymous conversation on this device for up to 30 days. The matching service stores your answers so you can continue. Learning records are off until you agree.
Choosing a merchant records an opaque referral identifier, the product and the destination. We do not put your email or gift preferences into affiliate links, and we do not receive your card details. The seller handles payment, shipping and returns under its own policies.
The finder requires explicit agreement to learning before personalized gifts are shown. The box starts unchecked. You can withdraw in the finder; this removes the conversationās learning records and hides its recommendations. You can still browse public product pages.
Feedback and owner research
Gift history and feedback stay in your account until you delete them. Reminder emails require a separate request. Contextual learning uses coarse, explicitly provided details and recent consented feedback; it does not infer nationality or claim a verified purchase.
Feedback enters product research only when you explicitly agree to share it. A reported purchase is labelled as a customer report until supported by an affiliate transaction. Owner interviews have their own consent, proof and review process in the tester portal. Sharing feedback does not sign you up for marketing or a paid study.
AI processing
When the AI service is connected, the text you submit to the gift conversation may be processed by OpenAI to interpret your answer. We request that API responses are not stored as conversation history. Provider processing and retention policies also apply. Product matching and commercial eligibility are checked by the website, independently of the model.
Access, retention and deletion
You can download or delete this deviceās gift conversation through āYour data & choicesā in the finder. Deletion removes its feedback, referral attribution and dependent improvement suggestions. Saved lists belong to your signed-in account and can be downloaded or deleted on the Saved gifts page. Financial transaction amounts may remain after customer attribution is removed.
The application includes cleanup for expired 30-day conversations and usage events older than 90 days. Automated cleanup depends on the operational scheduler; administrators can run it manually. Tester withdrawal is available in the portal. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests that are not covered by these controls.
